It's also very simple to make! Just mix all the ingredients and chill in a slush machine. You only need to prepare it once, and it can be served mornings, afternoons and evenings.

• Blend the content of the "Cremaespresso recipe" using a whisk
• Add 0,5 l of whipping cream and 15 espressos
• Mix carefully to avoid lumps
• Pour into a granita machine and freeze for about 45 minutes
